Gabriel has been climbing since 2012. He represents a young vibrant generation of climbers who climb at a really high sport level but, at the same time, are no strangers to bigwalls and mountain adventures.
“My climbing adventure started in 2012 with an excursion to a climbing crag in the vicinity of Krakow. Ever since then, my life has been revolving around my newly-found passion.
First, there were countless days spent in Polish climbing areas, which were soon followed by climbing trips to Western-European crags. Gradually, I started to enjoy mountain climbing even more. I’ve discovered rock walls of the Alps, Dolomites, Yosemite, Cordiliera Blanca, Croatia or Morocco. Loads of hard climbing in amazing natural scenery – that’s the sort of experience that I seek in my life.
Travelling is another factor which is an intricate element of my trips and adds an incredible vibe to my climbing. Together with travelling come all those meetings with new people, places, cultures and experiences.
In the future, I’d like to focus on climbing not only on existing routes but also to start setting up my own lines, which I consider to be the ultimate adventure.”
