Repairs

Our own, well-equipped workshop allows us not only to sew garments according to our own designs and with full quality control at every stage of production, but also to offer you a full guarantee and post-guarantee service.

We take great care to ensure that our products are not only comfortable, but also hard-wearing. However, please bear in mind that all textile materials are subject to wear and tear. Natural fibres (e.g., cotton) are less resistant to mechanical damage, while synthetic fibres have greater durability, which does not change the fact that they also wear out.

You don't need to discard your trousers then. Please remember that we repair our clothing on-site, in our workshop in Kraków, both under guarantee and after the guarantee period has expired for a small charge, the amount of which depends on the estimated time required for the repair.

Please note: Mechanical damage to the fabric, such as abrasions, ripped holes, etc., are not eligible for a claim or return under the guarantee.
